The Advantages

Fytocell® has a large water retention capacity and a great aeration rate. This implies that the absorbed water and the nutrient elements are released gradually. These factors have an extremely positive effect on germination and also encourage faster and finer rooting.



By only adding a slight amount of Fytocell® to the cultivated soil (12,5 volume %) the root growth increases enormously.
Fytocell® promotes the increase in:
The pore volume
The moisture capacity
The soil aeration
The fresh and dry weight
The finer rooting quality


Root growth

With the addition of Fytocell® to the potting and cultivated soil an ideal air and water-management is achieved in the soil base. This stimulates a better growth of the root. A better root system helps in turn to develop stronger growth of the entire plant.


Fytocell® is also available in flakes, sold in ‘big bags’, holding approximately 1m3.

By using ‘big bags’ it is very easy to mix Fytocell® into (potting) soil.
